This build was one of Dublin’s largest office developments at the time of construction, the Eir headquarters was situated in the Heuston south Quarter campus which acted as a small community within a larger one.
Firemark were appointed as the main fire-stopping contractor in this office space. The majority of the works involved penetration sealing in floor and walls throughout the facility.
