Our work in the residential and the hospitality sector is best shown in our work on the Grafton capital hotel and Harbour View apartments in Dublin, working in confined spaces, maintaining cleanliness and working with staff was important here as at the time it was a functioning hotel and our work couldn’t impede the guests from reaching their rooms.
Our work here was completed during the reopening of the country during the covid pandemic so extra care had to be taken in order to ensure we do not obstruct the space of staff and guests considering the tight contained spaces we would be working in.
The scope of this work was to upgrade the floor/ceiling cavities of the Grafton Capital hotel and install under floor fire barriers to provide 60 minutes horizontal fire compartmentation as well as survey and restore any breached barriers in the walls.
